Horrible experience all around! Don’t book this! Tour guide kept on changing time of tour and then never showed up for our tour and never emailed us the tickets to the Louvre so we could not even go on our own. We waited outside in the rain for over an hour and a half for our tour guide. We repeatedly emailed the organizer (Maria) asking where our tour guide was but did not receive any assistance. We paid nearly $500 dollars for this tour and we are extremely disappointed. When we asked for a refund; we were told that it will take 48 hours. It’s been nearly 48 hours and we have not received any refund or any communications confirming that a refund will be forthcoming. Save yourself the headache and money. Don’t use this tour guide!

We showed up at the designated meeting spot at our designated time and the tour guide didn’t show. It was our last day in Paris and tickets were sold out. When we contacted La Vacanza Travel the tour had been canceled with no notice. I would not recommend this company.
