It was absolutely amazing. The history, the exhibits, all stunning, accessible and easy to navigate. You can actually get very close to all the exhibits.

Do not book through here. We never received our tickets! Had to repurchase at the museum itself. Requested a refund, and was told I would not receive one. The customer support number was from Hungry, which kept going to voicemail. A terrible scam that could have cost us a whole day of sightseeing, on top of the money lost.

Recommend planning on a full day or even two to see everything. The printed guide takes a bit of understanding and you need to plan ahead as there are two separate areas. Everything is well laid out in the rooms with plenty of information. The only let down of the day was the Mona Lisa the que to see it is not controlled so once you get to front you are 3 deep and have people pushing past you to get to front . A good day but very tiring

skip the queue? hah. still long queues to get in all you skip is the line for tickets. a VERY disorganised venue with poor signage and communication for visitors. where to queue where to wait who to ask? lots of shouting and the usual attitude from employees. id say get a guided tour or stay home. once in of course it’s incredible. busy and crowded but impressive none the less
