Tour guide never showed up and left us standing in the rain. We had to purchase our own museum pass and visit on our own. DO NOT USE THEM.

We waited in the rain but the tour leader never showed up. We had to purchase additional museum passes.

We showed up 15 minutes before the appointed meeting time and waited 30 minutes before the guide showed up and informed us do to over booking (national holiday in France) that the tour was cancelled and that we would be refunded our payment within 5 days, so I still waiting for the refund, the guide was very polite and apologetic.
