I used to think I was invincible health-wise. I unhealthy foods and spent my free time lounging indoors, even though I had a desk job that required me to sit for long hours of the day. I learned my lesson when my doctor diagnosed me with high blood pressure and told me that I had to start eating better an exercising or I would have to take a blood pressure medication. I then became dedicated to improving my health and am happy to say that after I changed my eating habits and began exercising, I didn't need to take medication to control my blood pressure after all. I am now a health enthusiast and dedicated to spreading the word to others about how important it is to live a healthy lifestyle. I plan to share many health tips with others who need them on my new blog!
